yes it does help.. but u dont have 2 go have it professioanlly done… check with a Mary Kay consultant they have a wonderful microdermabrasion treatment at a fraction of the cost of professional… and i swear… my mom had not see me in like a month and she thought i had had some plastic surgery done… hope this helps
